How We Research

Short answer: Every ForexFunds.com guide is built from primary sources first, such as regulator registers, official rule text and original documents, and each source is listed with the date we accessed it. We cite official sources, record when we checked them, and update guides when those sources change. Guides that have been through our sourcing and fact-checking process show a "Last reviewed" date so you can see how current they are.

Primary sources first

We start with the original source wherever one exists: official registers and lookup tools, published rule text, and documents issued by the organisation being described. Secondary coverage is used only for context, never as the sole support for a factual claim.

Each guide ends with a numbered list of sources. Every entry names the source, links to it, and states the date we accessed it, because official pages change and readers should be able to see what we read and when.

We do not invent figures. If we cannot find a primary source for a number or a claim, we leave it out.

Fact-checked before publishing

Each guide is fact-checked against its cited sources before it is published. In that step, each factual statement is compared against the source it cites; statements a source does not support are removed or marked as not established. Pages that change after publishing go through the same check again.

How often pages are updated

Guides that have been through our current review process show a "Last reviewed" date near the title. We plan to re-review those guides periodically, and sooner when a source we cite changes or a reader reports a problem. When we review a page, we re-check its sources, update the access dates and change the "Last reviewed" date. Older articles are being brought into this process over time.

How we use AI

ForexFunds.com's research, drafting and fact-checking are carried out mainly by AI agents, working under editorial rules set by the site owner, who oversees the process. Every factual claim must trace back to a cited source, and a separate AI fact-checking step compares each claim with its source before publishing. We do not claim that every page has been checked line by line by a human. If you find an error, please tell us.

What our guides are not

Our guides are educational. They are not financial, investment or tax advice, and we do not recommend specific managers, brokers or programmes. When a page includes affiliate links, we disclose them on that page and in our disclaimer. The site also shows advertising served by Google AdSense.

Common questions

How do I know when a page was last checked?

Look for the "Last reviewed" date near the top of guides that have been through our review process; the sources list at the end shows when each source was accessed.

What counts as a primary source?

The original record or document: for example, an official register entry, the published text of a rule, or a document issued by the organisation itself.

Is the content written by AI?

Largely, yes. AI agents research and draft our guides under rules set by the site owner, and a separate AI fact-check compares each factual claim with its cited source before publishing.

Is this financial advice?

No. Our content is for education only. See our disclaimer.

How can I report an error?

Please use our contact page. We review reported errors and update the page and its "Last reviewed" date when a correction is made.
